Which, if I understand his statements correctly, he considers Council property and therefore he is allowed to take it down himself?

    That can’t be right, surely it would be either up to the council or the tenant. If it creeps into his property then common law allows you to prune any that cross onto your property, it doesn’t give you the right to remove.

    Let’s be honest though, we’re not surprised at shitty Tory behaviour.
