But to make one thing clear: These are not German weapons or weapons from other nations. They are Ukrainian weapons made in Germany. And you should be able to do anything with your own weapons, no ifs or buts. Unfortunately, it is still very widespread Russian propaganda to report this so incorrectly.

A good thing, this stupid and very damaging restriction on targets on Russian soil has been lifted. Any position from which Russia attacks Ukraine, Ukraine must be able to counterattack.
