  1. And the whole world would be looking at how those containers safely travel from NK to Russia.

  2. Containers full of ancient faulty munitions with 50% error rates.

  3. It lets North Korea get rid of those old munitions and build new stuff. Even with the high error rates it’s helping Russia quite a bit. South Korea should go all in for Ukraine now.

  4. North Korea’s arms production has never been described as bustling. A system built on slave labor and under duress is not a source of strategic depth for Putin’s woes, they are a sign of Uncle Vova’s desperation and willingness to debase himself under Kim’s table for anything that will stave off the ruin that stalks him.
