I’m leaving for Latvia soon and was wondering if I should bring my Xbox since it’s not in the supporting list of countries on Microsoft website.

  1. No, it’s illegal to play Xbox without license and they do not give the license.

I would suggest bringing it through an anonymous package and play without any online connection, as it can be traced

  2. This question probably feels weird but well, maybe it is not if Latvia is not on the list, right!

Xbox is even sold on our stores/internet sites 😄
Im playing it since 360, then was playing One and now got Xbox Series S so no problem . 😄 Account is made like UK and you can even change location if you want

  3. No, it’s illegal because we don’t have the letter “X” in our alphabet. Maybe if you edit it yourself (change the engraving with a knife), then the country might let it slip

  4. Recently heard that even setting up microsoft to the UK, it can notice that you are in Latvia and might not work, but if you get VPN also, that should fix the problem 🙂

  5. Only if your mom allows you. Also you can ask the kids on xbox what your mom’s up to while you’re in Latvia.

  6. Latvia isn’t an option as a region, but my Xbox Series X works with my account that I have set up as one from UK. Plus it accepts Latvia’s mastercards from my expirience and it even shipped me my Series X to latvia from the UK website. Just try to stick with physical game discs just in case and you’ll be fine.
