I’ve seen them in a number of construction sites – this however is the first time I’ve actually seen anything useable hanging on one!
There’s one south side of tower bridge too! By shad thames. We hung a winter coat up there then went for a little stroll and it was gone by the time we came back. It often has stuff hanging on it.
