It looked like he reached down, felt something then asked for the other guy to headshot him. He didn’t even wait to be checked out or looked over. Just knew he was hit and it was over. No chance of getting medivac or even just painkillers.

The more I watch this video, the more I realize that these dudes have probably been running/walking for a while, getting stalked by drones. They are tired (explains the walking, and sudden bursts of jogging) They know that anytime now, one of those drones is gonna take one or all of them out, which also explains the space between all three of them. They had probably agreed between them, how they should receive a mercy gunshot if they were mortally wounded. No medical, no evac, no backup.
