7. I would laugh if he lost his seat but concerned that the candidates for Tory leader would ratchet ever more nutjob. Oh wait – the Tory Party will be irrelevant as a parliamentary force. Good times.

8. If you are a professional footballer in the UK, you are banned from placing bets on any football match, taking place anywhere in the world. Punishment is usually a multiple month ban.

10. If Labour was any good at negative campaigning they’d have all their candidates showing up in media saying “Stop the Bets”.
