Flag of defence forces
Can’t find anything about it but it’s three tailed so it’s a naval flag????

Seems to me like it’s a cheap/simplified version of he flag of the Defence forces. The lion in the middle is a bit wrong, but otherwise it’s fine.
Looks unfinished
It is likely illegal to fly that flag unless you are a member of the Defense Force in Finland. Please check

That’s the tailed state flag, used as war flag or naval ensign by the Finnish Defence Forces in installations, garrisons and ships.
Like others said the coat-of-arms (the red thing) has some wrong details.
