As far as I understood I only have to pay 131,55 €, once since september 2023 and not 131,55 for each month? I receieved this on saturday so I can’t get a direct answer asap from them and figured maybe someone could help. Thanks!

No you misunderstand. The 131.55 isn’t your monthly payment (monatlicher Beitrag is written in der the letter) and it is due every month since September 2023. If you haven’t paid anything yet you will have to do so for basically the last 10 months. In Germany you have to be covered by an insurance from the day you arrive and do insurances can charge you since that day. If you had any medical expenses during that time you can still claim it them with your insurance as well.
135,55 € for each month since September.
You will have to either pay in advance for a full semester from now on (6 x 135,55 € as a lump sum every 6 months) or allow them direct debit from your account, in which case they will take 135,55 € every month.
