This is Big Mac, a Canadian fighting in Ukraine. Donors from Protect a Volunteer helped his team get an ecoflow so they can have power without the noise of a generator. It’s a little hard to hear him in this video but he has a great message to say thank you here 🙂

  1. We get requests from military volunteers for everything. Sometimes they’re pretty complex and people need scopes and NVGs. Other times they’re quite simple but just as vital.

This is Big Mac, a long-term volunteer in Ukraine who is Canadian. He asked for help getting an ecoflow. An ecoflow is a battery which stores energy and then can be used to power any device. They are essential on the front line as everyone has something which requires power but generators are noisy. We were able to help his team get one and as he points out here, Protect a Volunteer donors have helped thousands of volunteers get what they need (we have directly matched hundreds of volunteers for flights or sponsorship but many, many more have benefitted rom direct donations).

If you would like to match up with a volunteer to help them get what they need, you can sign up as a supplies donor at [protectavolunteer.com](http://protectavolunteer.com) In this case we will directly connect you with one; they’re from all over the world including Ukraine. Tf you prefer you can donate directly via Paypal and then we use those donations for the most urgent cases or sometimes for people who cannot be matched for OPSEC reasons.

  2. Big Mac is a legend. As always lots of love and admiration to all soldiers fighting for Europe’s freedom. <3

  3. British fighter Joe MacDonald is Big Mac, not this guy.
