The total rent shown in the website was 400 euros. They've replied that electricity is not included.
I wanted to know how much will be the approximate electricity cost & what will be the other costs involved
I will be living alone and I'm new here.

Average electricity usage for a single person is probably around 2000 kWh per year, varying of course depending on home office, hobbies etc (and probably not taking into account any sort of AC as they are still rare here).
Just multiply that by the cost of the price you can get where you live (probably around 0,30€ per 1kWh).
As a warning though, if you use an electric water heater for heating water that number for the year will be higher.
