The walk from the station along the river? Lush.
The food and coffee? DELISH. And cheap!
The streets were lively, the parks were beaut, and I even got welcomed by a local meth addict while shooting a video of the cathedral.

  2. I’ve visited Derby a few times to watch Bristol City play Derby County and always enjoyed the city (is it a city? Idk)

    Now they have been promoted back to the Championship i will be looking at the fixtures again for hopefully another good away day. Underrated place.

  5. I love bunting on a winding hilly high street. Used to live in Wells, back when they had a large Woolies, and that’s what I remember most fondly. That, and driving past Edgar Wright making camera hands when they were filming Hot Fuzz.

    This looks better, though. Probably because the streets are more narrow. Glad you had a good time!
