Jay Slater disappearance: Timeline of events

Jay had been at the NRG Festival in South tener which ended on Sunday night he’d been staying at an apartment complex in Los cristianos but after the festival he went to a different apartment in the Masa area where he stayed on Sunday night his last recorded location showed him in rural deeno Park a mountainous area popular with hikers one of his friends the last person known to have spoken to him says he called her on Monday morning to to say he was lost in need of water and only had 1% phone battery he told her he was walking back to his apartment after missing the bus that would have been an 11-hour walk at 9:04 a.m. on Monday he was reported missing

Jay Slater, from Lancashire, has been missing in Tenerife since Monday morning.

He was last heard from when he called a friend to say he was setting off on an 11-hour walk home after he missed his bus.

  3. Jay Slater, 18, of Fountains Way, ACCRINGTON – 18 month community order with 25 days rehabilitation activities and 150 hours unpaid work. Convicted of s18 wounding with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm and violent disorder in August 2023, when he was aged 18. He is now 19.

    Tom Hilton, who was 17 at the time of the attack, suffered a head injury so serious his skull was exposed, and wounds to his shoulders and legs in the attack close to the Old Paper Mill in Hermitage Street, Rishton, in August 2021.

    Please compare pictures of the convicted Jay Slater in the Lancashire Post article: Eight handed community and rehabilitation orders over attack 4th August 2023, with any other pictures of missing Jay. It is the same person.

    Tom Hilton, the victim, was jailed for 14 months, disqualified from driving for 25 months and must sit an extended re-test if he wants his licence back. He pled guilty to attempted burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and dangerous driving.

    Before conviction for these offences, he had 14 convictions for 28 offences.

  4. Well he is reported missing? Ok, so his mum got a text from who then? Was the phone charged or did he say the number? If he attack someone in UK, how comes he not big enough to defend his self in another Country? Or was his 8 mates not there to defend him?

  13. How can someone phone a friend at 08.50 am Monday then 09.04 ..that’s 15 mins later be reported missing …Jesus I’ve stood in a supermarket queue longer ..not having this ..

  14. This is all a giant scam. He’s a gang member, convicted for serious assault a few years back and has a history of fraud too. Started young I see.
    This here, is his family trying to rake in gofundme donations when they know full well where he is.

Why can people not be kind and try and help could they not see he was thirsty confused and probably scared to ask anyone for help it's disgusting that people that spoke to him even the guy in the car could of asked him if he was ok he must of sensed something he needed a lift wat is the matter with selfish people yes it's typical now that he's broadcasted everywhere that people show concern y didn't they Wen they first saw him he was scared to ask for help but people should of asked him shame on them
