I need help figuring out how to hang this mirror on the wall. I’ve attached a picture of the back of the mirror. It has some brackets with jagged edges. Any advice on what kind of hardware or method I should use to mount it securely would be greatly appreciated! I live in shared living space so cannot drill holes in the wall.

You might be able to use suction cups. Usually you would use screws or nails and rest the brackets on their heads.
I would use strong dübel and screws.

of course you can, you just need to fill them up after wards with some spachtel.
The side visible in the picture faces the wall.
