Good UNRWA is a terrorist organisation posing as a charity.
Where are the hundreds of millions of dollars going? Is it just them paying terrorists for killing Jews? Is it the tunnels?
What do they have to show for it except their garbage books that spread Hamas propaganda and hate for Jews?
UNRWA is Hamas and is a terror organization stealing aid given to actual people in need in order to fuel more terror.
Let’s see how UNRWA will try to defend and squirm itself away from lawsuit.
I know the Israeli right-wing press went round and round condemning unrwa, but is there actually any evidence? https://www.npr.org/2024/04/28/1247702980/an-independent-review-finds-no-evidence-for-israels-claims-about-unrwa-and-hamas
>the review found that, in fact, UNRWA was doing everything in his power to ensure its neutrality. However, it also found some employees had expressed political views and said critical breaches of neutrality could include the discovery of weapons and tunnels, which the agency always protests. I spoke with William Deere, and he heads UNRWA’s Washington representative office, and he felt that the report was fair and balanced. Here he is here.
>WILLIAM DEERE: Foreign Minister Colonna said – you know, confirmed that we actually have procedures and mechanisms in place to address neutrality better than any other U.N. agency or NGO, and that’s because of the politically challenging part of the world in which we operate. But like anyone, you can do better, and hence the recommendations that she included in the report.
>NORTHAM: You know, and some of the recommendations include better training, a more robust screening of employees.
Edit: sounds like evidence some employees were leading double lives but not evidence of infiltration at the organizational level. Note they have **13,000 employees** in Gaza
Edit2: kind of like suing Walmart because a Walmart employee murdered someone
crickets from ICC
The rules on the books say that UNRWA and its employees are likely immune from punishment.
But I just can’t see how you have misbehavior this systemic that you allow an intergovernmental organization essentially partake in terrorism in a member state’s territory.
Gold. I hope they are bled dry of funds.
