Do they look like smell black lines on the wall/ceiling? If so they’re possibly moths. vacuum them up and vacuum your carpets everyday, over time they will go away.
Adhesive fly traps near lights and entry points, I use the hangy down ones and the ones that go flat on the windows, both are good, hangy down ones get in b&q other ones are on Amazon. More for tiny flies but a kettle of freshly boiled water goes down my plugs once a week.
Specifically looks like a clothes moth to me but they vary between countries. Sad thing is it’s can be a big task to find their nest. But every corner in the house that has material should be looked at, failing that burn the place to the ground.
If it a moth you need to get lavender spray and regularly vacuum them up. If the carpet or curtains are infested you need to throw awat away and replace. Good luck, they are buggers to get rid of!
