Like many foreigners, I walked into my brand new CPH apartment with no idea of the Danish language or just how little deposit you can expect to get back. So, in preparation of my next move, I’ve made an English translation of the Ejendom Danmark Indflytningsrapport that was used with my place.
It’s a 1:1 match made in Excel, so you can follow along with your landlord and check out the grading scale used for “condition”. You can find it here: [https://1drv.ms/x/s!AmDOs0ybwMtDn7A6-uzZlU-jTj3tcw?e=iH0Mun](https://1drv.ms/x/s!AmDOs0ybwMtDn7A6-uzZlU-jTj3tcw?e=iH0Mun)
I have no idea how common this particular form is, but since it’s a 1:1 match you should be able to easily pick up on the translation of certain things, and the grading scale for “condition” on the right should be helpful.
Hopefully this will help some people be better informed about their move-in/out inspection and how to grade the state of their apartment. 🙂

Would have helped me when I got my first apartment and was mercilessly scammed. Good job 🙂
