Far-right leader Bardella says he needs absolute majority to govern France effectively • FRANCE 24
there are policies that cost a pretty penny ones that were promised but we’ll have to wait and others still that would require constitutional reforms Jordan bellaa laid out in an exclusive interview with laran his key policy measures coming this summer he’d lowered the vat tax on energy from 20% to 5.5 he said the cuts would lower gas fuel electricity and petrol bills but it would cost the state over 10 billion EUR the farri party also wants to cut funds to the EU budget by 2 billion and to launch an independent audit on public spending in the thick of campaigning bardella reminded voters that the national Rally’s proposals are contingent on getting the votes I’m not lying to my fellow citizens I’m telling them if you want me to take measures to reduce immigration to achieve greater fiscal peace if you want us to defend France our values and our identity which have been seriously damaged over the last 7 years I need an absolute majority to adopt both my emergency measures and my reforms as for policies that’ll have to wait bardella said that his caps on the price of basic Goods won’t be able to happen right away walking back pension reforms won’t be immediate either a divisive issue within his party because of the cost the 28-year-old said it would happen during a second phase as for security and immigration cornerstones of his and Mal Len’s platform they’re in favor of minimum sentences for drug offenses cutting Aid to families with delinquent children and removing Birthright citizenship bardella also reconfirmed they want to revoke certain Health Care rights for illegal immigrants and to speed up deportations questions of Human Rights and equality some of these measures though would require changes to the French Constitution
The leader of France’s far-right National Rally (RN), Jordan Bardella, appealed to voters on Tuesday to hand his party an absolute majority in upcoming parliamentary elections so that it is able to govern effectively. Bardella’s eurosceptic, anti-immigration party has its first real chance of winning national power in the June 30 and July 7 ballot. Opinion polls have consistently placed the RN first since President Emmanuel Macron’s shock decision this month to dissolve parliament.

Hes not far hes just rigth😂
Sad reality that people get manipulated by fear and lies.
National Rally will get 310 seats!
In EU more and more supporting politicians who care for us, we all know leftis care onlly for themselves and foreign wars
He should get absolute majority . He deserve this demand .
Full support for him. 🥰 French people should give him a chance. A half-left, half-right or half-centrist won't work as all get each other bogged down. 😥
Just RIGHT.
Using Far Right term is a useless smear by the Media.
Far right in Europe is Basic Democratic in America
Fascist dictators require an absolute majority to lead and govern – it's in the manual. They can not accept other points of view or compromise. It's their way or no way. Nearly 7 million immigrants in France (10.3%) are in for a rough time. The last time an ethnic minority was demonised and hunted down was in the 1930's, a few kilometres away, that did not end well. The far right in France will not end well and France and its majority will suffer.
Remove the left wing in all our countries
is he single
Trump Putin Kim Elon Scholz, Yoon Suck Yeol are doing their part to help keep Macron in parliament. He is going to win new election.Le Pen and Biden need a nursing home
This strikes me as a very calculated move. Firstly to deflect any future comparisons to other far-right parties who have been unsuccessful to pass any meaningful bills, out of pure incompetence or mere lacking will. Secondly, to counter Macron's risky move of calling elections and thereby encouraging people to vote tactically, especially supporters of Les Républicains whose candidate shamed himself.
In other words, if RN wins; I wish every French citizen a very lovely period of disappointment and nothing new but the broken promises of populists
He's gonna get France in hotter water.
Whenever I hear or read the words “far right” I know I’m dealing with a historical illiterate.
Far right label from this network is a badge of honor. Leftist rag.
