Here’s how bad housing affordability is now

1. Depends Canada New Zeland its really bad. USA low cost area’s became normal cost areas.

2. If things keep going at this rate, they better get used to low GDP for future generations. Spending that much on housing and then food leaves little else for anything else.

3. Who is buying houses? People who already own houses? Maybe some people have too much money.
