Here are the best photos I can find from the State Dinner. I wish they’d allow better photographs, I want to see everyone’s outfits in detail.
I believe state dinners were an all-hands-on-deck affair for Queen Elizabeth. All the HRHs, including Prince Michael of Kent, attended. It’s notable that Charles has kept this to working royals only, no Michael, Beatrice or Eugenie.

Idk about Princess Michael, but Beatrice and Eugenie never attended a State Banquet even in QE’s reign .
Sophie was lent the tiara that was on lifetime loan to Catherine by Camilla – apparently Camilla holds the key to royal vaults now, not Charles.
During Queen Elizabeth’s reign, tiaras were allotted based on seniority, which others weren’t allowed to wear, therefore no sharing. Cams couldn’t wear tiaras that Lizzie wore, and Kate couldn’t wear the ones both Lizzie and Cams wore, and so on.
Let’s see if Camilla will now share the tiaras reserved for her instead of gatekeeping them, or will she lent only the ones reserved for Kate to lesser senior royals 🥴🤷🏻♀️
I was SO happy to see Empress Masako in the Imperial Chrysanthemum. It’s one of the better pieces in the Japanese Imperial Family collection imo and it was a nice change up from the Meiji tiara for her!
