Best case scenario it was a brothel. Worst case scenario one of “de families” owned it. Either way I’d be installing a good quality video doorbell.

That whole apartment block is basically Limericks red light district. Apartments in that place are dirt cheap for a reason.
I used to live a block down from this from what I see out the window. I’ll commend them on maximising the space for all the stuff.
I’m assuming the last owner was a gamer who never really left their apartment. Unless I’m blind and don’t see any nefarious equipment around in the photos.
