Hey guys,
I'll have to drill some holes in a wall to put ethernet cables through, and I'm not sure if I can drill the holes without damage any power lines. The holes will be around 8cm below the ceiling, is there a guideline in Finland on how far power lines have to be away from the ceiling in Finland (where I'm from there has to be at least 15cm in between)? Or otherwise, does anyone know where I could rent a power line detector like the one in the picture? Thanks in advance!

You could buy a jännitteenkoetinkynä from Biltema, Puuilo, Motonet etc. (the biltema one was under 10€ I believe) Or you could fuck around & find out, if you go slow and careful the odds of hitting something you don’t want to hit is quite low.
