Volkswagen is investing $1 billion in Rivian as part of a new joint venture that will give the German auto giant access to the buzzy California EV company’s software and EV platform.
Rivian will receive an additional $4 billion over time, for a total sum of $5 billion.
Can they invest some money in offering an optional headlight design?
Vw take a rivian, fill it with the world’s cheapest plastic, make everything inaccessible and held together with fragile plastic clips, remove any soul that it has and try to sell it for the price of a bmw via rear loaded exploitative finance.
The VW way.
Later on, slightly change the headlights and bland interior, add some more plastic vents and sell it as a SEAT and an AUDI.
Extra points if the paint is so thin, you can see through it in strong sunlight. Then it can be an entry level ‘fund our 911 design flaw research’ Porsche model too.
