The New York Times published the full version of the spring 2022 draft peace treaty between Russia and Ukraine which confirmed a lot of what was previously reported but also included some interesting details from unnamed diplomatic sources about why these talks ultimately failed. According to a European one who was present at the Extraordinary Summit of NATO Heads of State and Government on 24 March 2022, Polish President Andrzej Duda dramatically railed against this deal:

    “Leaders in Poland — early and strong supporters of Ukraine — feared that Germany or France might try to persuade the Ukrainians to accept Russia’s terms, according to a European diplomat, and wanted to prevent that from happening.

    To that end, when Poland’s president, Andrzej Duda, met with NATO leaders in Brussels on March 24, he held up the March 17 text, said the diplomat, who was present. ‘Which of you would sign it?’ Mr. Duda asked his counterparts, the diplomat said. None of the NATO leaders spoke up.”

I think india should buy a stake in intel or, if possible, buy it whole because intel is quite at bottom of its value, if it does so you won't just get a company you will get your hands on technology that took years of research and development and they also have their own foundry, it will get india way ahed of china in sophisticated semiconductors because China isn't close in semiconductors with the likes of amd, intel and Nvidia, I mean intel is left quite behind in race with amd but with good administration and scientists they and catch up and surpass it and I think Indians are pretty smart, it might be a risky move as intel is on verge of bankruptcy but even it goes down we still get the tech, foundry and expertise and if it works it won't be a spending rather it will be a investment because it's a company it will make profits if it survives.

33. China has a vested interest in the outcome of the war. Russia serves as a shield for their western side. Russia supplies resources to China at discount rates which enables economic growth. Russia is an important partner across many sectors. China is rightfully concerned about the danger of radioactive fallout which could drift into China over time. Although western block nations seem to dismiss the danger of nuclear war, China knows the escalation ladder leads no other place but that.
