  1. This idea is excellent

Do they still collect donations to build these drones?

  2. Also Russia: The Ukrainian terrorists are now mining our ships in occupied waters in a war zone and we did worse.

  3. 12 years ago I was on a boat sight-seeing tour in that bay. I have been looking at the photos and videos from that tour to see how many of the russian ships have been sunk.

  4. The Black Sea should be Russian Free.

  6. Hell yeah. Good work. Keep digging those claws into Ruzzia’s sides Ukraine!

  7. So much of the last ten years have been driven by Putin wanting a war water port.

Ukraine is well aware of this.

And I love that they’ve taken great effort to now deny him the use of the very thing that kicked off so much of this.

    Fucking bravo!

  8. Sea mines are an incredibly effective means of disrupting enemy shipping, made all the more effective when you have something like Ukraine’s revolutionary drone fleet to drop them off in dangerous locations like the entrance to Sevastopol.

During WW2 the Germans initially led the way with sea mines, using aircraft to drop them in dangerous places. The Americans had no time for mining and it was mainly left to Australia to do the sea mining but that all changed at the start of 1945 when it was agreed to launch a concerted mining operation of Japanese ports. It was only after the War that they learnt how really devastating that mining operation had been. More Japanese ships were lost to the mines than any other way and the Japanese revealed the mining of the entrances to their ports had been a nightmare.

  9. that wasn’t on my sea baby bingo card. NATO would be stupid not to admit Ukraine. show me any nation that has done more with less. i’m looking at you United States military industrialists.

  10. i’m sure they have a few loitering submersible drones just hanging around there too.

  11. Only Ukraine could blockade the Black Sea fleet without a navy. Didn’t see that coming.

  12. <russia> we will mine the sea!<Ukraine> OK!
      <Russia> no, not like that!
