Anyone build an l1E-A gasoline bike? The new regulations only mention e-bikes and I’m curious if anyone has experience with a gas powered one.

I know there are kits that are cheaper than using that engine but it’s the only one I could find that’s under 50cc and specifically maximum 1kw.
