I have an ongoing apartment rental contract.
Due to various reasons I need to leave the apartment, the sooner the better.
When is it possible to send the Ankundigung to my landlord?
Start of November or end of July?

  1. End of july. You could also Do it now for 31.10.2024 and try to get confirmation.

  2. You can end your rental contract on 31.10.2024. To do that you have to send your Ankudigung before 31.07.2024. However, there is no reason you cannot send it earlier if you want to.
