Better late than never.
It may be that time but it’s not clear how it will happen when one of the two parties is in denial about climate change and pledges to extract even more fossil fuels. And the other major party oversees the US as the world’s #1 producer and is constantly trying to keep the price of gasoline down by taking oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
Heat is killing more people than anything right now, just a news blurb. SG warned about gun violence 10 years too late, so the heat warning will be another 5-10 years.
