2. I think they learned their lesson from the outrage of Chris Pratt’s demolition of a notable house.

5. Great, the ultimate tool for LA NIMBY’s. Basically any building in the city can be associated with some celebrity or notable person if you look hard enough. “That KFC must be preserved! Brando ate 50 pieces of chicken there in 1983!”
