Is there a centralized site for buses like there is trains? I’m trying to figure out how to get from Silute to Kaunas via bus.

Hello! I am visiting Silute during the summer to see the wetlands there this summer. 🙂 I am trying to figure out the bus system before I go. The M773 bus seems to connect Silute to Kaunas. However, I'm having some trouble finding websites with this information in English. I see Moovit also has some information but I'm having trouble looking up on the app since I'm currently not in Lithuania. Does anyone know if this website is reliable or what else I could use?
