Pretty sure these are the gas works by Motspur Park. Next to the train line.
I think it’s probably Worcester Park/Motspur Park not Morden Park. The horse in the field is a clue as there are riding stables that owns fields bordering the playing fields just south of Motspur Park station. You’d get a shot like that from the path that extends from the playing fields to the Hamptons estate.
