Hello, I will be flying to Estland and have a transfer at the airport in Helsinki. I read that vapes that don't have a tobacco flavour are illegal in Finland. My question is whether I can take my refillable Elfbar and the liquid pods with me. If so, how many liquids can I have in my suitcase? Or am I not allowed to have any in my suitcase, only in my hand luggage? Unfortunately, that is a very specific question, but I have not found any more detailed information and do not know where to look for it. I would be very grateful for any help.
To be clear: I won't be going to Finland I will just transfer there and be at the airport.
