The division played a major role in liberating the city of Breda from Nazi occupation in October 1944. The operation led by Lieutenant General Stanisław Maczek resulted in no civilian casualties. They released these kits in honour of the 80-year anniversary of the liberation. The photos were taken at the Polish Honourary Military Cemetery in Breda.
