50 people fighting and not a single officer on site. I see 3-4 police cars on patrol everyday, how come they let that happen? But hey, at least we got those speed cameras installed.

  1. looks like this mass immigration thing is going swimmingly.

  2. quick all foreigners! Cyprus is not safe, sell all your properties

  3. Hopefully more speed cameras to come so they can spend less time monitoring speeding and more time on the ground to prevent or deal with antisocial behaviour

  4. Aren’t the “speed cameras “ motion detected via speed etc ? They are not constantly filming ?

  5. Never seen the police in Cyprus do anything other than having a coffee at Zorba

  6. Internal disputes amongst migrant race groups have been a reoccurring saga on this island. I’m not going to just assume that it just fizzled out, considering the numbers involved. The police may have intervened at the right moment. What’s laughable is the level of disrespect from these people that are being safeguarded by our government, and they start a mini-riot amongst one another in a residential area. Take this to a secluded beach, there’s plenty in limassol.

  7. Exactly the same place few months ago Omonoia and Apollon fans attacked each other heavily.

200m from there, there is a police station.

  8. Basically there is not enough walk patrol. Someone must get wounded/die or similar for police to get involved.
Bike police is a Very good measure to patrol the area. We need more of them.
