(Old picture) I saw this car today and remembered seeing it before too. Last time it came when there was a fire in my apartment building. Today I saw it driving behind this "Mörkö" police car, so I'm not sure what's the purpose of it 🤔

It’s an unmarked police car. The purpose is to not be so easily recognisable. Common everywhere, I guess?
