Did a DNA test last year and was surprised with how many matches were from Finland. The thing is, I was born in Ukraine, but never felt like I belonged. According to MyHeritage DNA I'm 42.3% East European, 33.8% Baltic, and 23.9% Balkan, so it doesn't say Finnish, just the number of matches that is high. I'm probably not Finnish enough either, I'm just me.

If these are matches for genetic markers associated with Finnish people then you are genetically Finnish. The USA is high as well so you must have had a recent ancestor move from there.
However, culture and genetics are very different. Where are your parents from?
DNA testing is really popular in Finland, so that might skew your results a bit.
