Nippon Steel shareholders demand environmental accountability in light of pending U.S. Steel acquisition

1. Surely if they were together maybe they can come up with better environmental solutions? I also find it hard to believe that Nippon isn’t a little more advanced in this field (or any field for that matter) than US Steel. I would assume that implementing the Japanese tech in the US will reduce emissions across the country.
