Sæl(l), I am interested in learning more about Icelandic poetry and rímur, but my level in Icelandic has been dwindling since I studied in Iceland ten years ago. I would like to learn and understand this song:

I can probably manage with what I know and online tools for translation, however the transcribing step is a hurdle. I get the general idea that the song is in praise of a mare who is running over ice, but this is as far as I can get.
Can someone who speaks native Icelandic help me by providing the transcription of the lyrics?
Alternatively, any online resource with poems by Páll Ólafsson would be a godsend.
