1. If it’s true she has a child then they really need to look into whether she’s fit to look after it tbh. Her husband too. They’re into some weird open relationship shit, she’s so stupid that she’s banging prison inmates (there’s no way it was just one, I bet she got that job so they could use her like a fleshlight), God knows what sort of diseases her and her ex-husband are taking home to that child.

3. Surely a prison guard is in such a position of power that the inmate couldn’t possibly consent. If they refused the guard’s advances what impact would that have on any attempts of parole or their ongoing life in the prison?

   There are very serious questions around the power dynamic between these two people and if the inmate could have turned down the advances without fear of consequences. Maybe this is why another inmate records the event.

4. Female guards are responsible for about 2/3rds of the total cases of sex with inmates.

   This rarely gets mentioned.

5. Rumours that there was a stampede to be the one to lock her in a cell cannot be confirmed.

6. How does the prison have a system where a female officer can go into a cell with two men alone and not need back up or any sense for their safety , is this how prison staff get assaulted because nobody has your back

7. Having seen the video – it’s actually insane… Prison is basically just a hotel with amenities these days.

9. As weird as it sounds, we can trace this back to Margaret Thatcher and the Tory government of the 80s. These governments implemented more punitive sentencing which effectively over the 90s doubled the prison population.
   The population has tailed off a little in the early 2010s but has since risen a little but not yet back to its former heights. So these effective prison population demands, when combined with austerity government spending (i.e. the lack of it) results in prison officers are not paid enough, being desperate for applicants and thus vulnerable to [Hybristophilia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hybristophilia).

   So either we’re going to have find more money for this as well as building more prisons or we’re going to have to fuck around with sentencing. The joke of course is that due to the lack of new prisons being built we’re already having to do the latter but judges are forced to do this via guidance, in order to ensure the politicians don’t get the blame for it.

   Idk maybe we could at least consider thing such as decriminalising things like weed (although tbh, idk how many of the population are in for offenses to do with dealing weed) in order to reduce the population a little?
