I’ve got a Co-op bank debit card. If I try and use my physical card at a physical machine for the cycles, it rejects the card. The Santander app doesn’t work for me either, and constantly errors every time I try to purchase a pass with it. I tried using the promo code and, of course, the app errored yet again. I’ve been trying on and off for months now, keeping the app up to date and it’s still not working. What’s going on?

I’ve never managed to create an account either. It’s truly a horrific piece of software.
I’ve had the same problem, app doesn’t accept any card I try. The only time I tried at a physical machine it charged me the money then told me it couldn’t give me a bike. It was auto refunded a few days later but still frustrating.
What did they say when you rang them up?
