Uuuh if you increase the minimum wage, inflation will surely follow, Indirectly it will kill the middle class. Try subsidiary-cheaper fertilizer, fuel, or more incentive for EV instead (all in domestic). The worker with the same amount of money can buy more in the market. If doctor is in need something can be done to the education sector so that tuition fee would be cheaper. That's my 2 cent.
