1. These ‘plan to quit’ always turn out to be bollocks. Lots of people think of leaving their jobs but don’t go through with it.

4. Wait till Starmer unveils his public sector pay freeze. Fiscal responsibility….something….something….no money left….iron fists.

5. Do labour have any specific differences in policy for running health service, and have they committed to any increases in pay for nurses?

6. People love to say this but never follow through. The Tories have lost almost all of the NHS vote, however there is no way 20% of staff are quitting either. Staff will hang on to fight for patients, just like they do every other day the Tories are in power.
