    The court’s decision will stand and even if trump loses the election the next guy who gets in that doesnt respect the institution will be America’s new dictator for life.

  10. I mean, Biden, in the interests of national security and to protect the lives of the justices from potential threats, could literally “secure” a few justices at a remote location for the next few months, so the remaining justices can revisit some decisions.

    It’s legal now.

  12. No need! The President can dissolve the court through an Executive Order (very plainly an Official Act) which would be completely immune from prosecution. There would also be no court to rule on whether it was an official act anyway.

  17. If we are being honest, one of the judges was unlawfully appointed, one was dubiously appointed and 2 should step down because of conflict of interest. So frankly, this is treating them nicely

  25. Well they did violate their oath of office by not following the constitution or the ‘founders’ Alexander Hamilton made it clear in the federalists papers.
