[Bild] Max Eberl’s transfer plan for this summer, which he had approved by the supervisory board, costs around €200m. The condition is that Eberl has to refinance around half of it through player sales. With the signings of Hiroki Itō and Michael Olise, Eberl has so far spent €73.5m.

  1. the selling players for 100m part looks the most unrealistic thing here

  2. So De Ligt going is a financial decision coming down from the board then, essentially. Alternative is being less active in the market

  3. Selling De Ligt makes sense financially, but why buy Tah then. You are only saving maybe 15m at most(not considering wages)

  4. >Bayern want to pay no more than €25m for Jonathan Tah and €46m for João Palhinha. For Xavi Simons, a loan deal would help Eberl comply financially with his transfer plan this summer. Bayern bosses would only sanction a loan move for Simons if there’s a fixed option to buy [@SPORTBILD]

  5. so this means incoming is xavi 75-100m and then some fringe depth after tah. man i can’t beleive de ligt is the one they transfer like wouldn’t it be overall cheaper not to buy ito and tah than to just stick with de ligt or even better sell upa and get ito+youth player instead of tah there are so many scenarios where de ligt doesn’t have to be sold

  6. burning 50m for zaragoza and boey (who is worse than stanisic) didn’t help

  7. How about Eberl saves all that Tah money and doesn’t spend it…
