Its got to be challenging to talk some of these guys into surrendering, when they know damn well they shoot Ukrainians doing the same thing.
Probably a lot easier to toss a grenade in and get on with your patrol. Props to them for making the effort to take them alive at risk to their own safety. Especially after being shot at for the last 2 years by those same invaders.
