  3. It’s important to be aware that he’s recently made statements that a part of Ukraine called Transcarpathia has historically belonged to Hungary, and Putin has told Tucker Carlson that he believes that Transcarpathians want to be part of Hungary.

  4. You can really see how happy he is about his visit. I would say it’s as happy as I would be about a cancer diagnosis.

  7. And the first thing he does: he suggests to Zelensky that perhaps Ukraine should cease firing and then try to talk to the russians. As if it’s Ukraine who is attacking and doesn’t want the war to stop. /s

    I wonder when comments like mine become outlawed. In general, countries with un-elected leaders tend to outlaw criticism.

  25. I do realize it’s all in the name of diplomacy and perhaps Orban being in Kyiv is a good thing somehow, but I seriously admire Zelensky’s restraint and self-control here. In his shoes, given everything that Magyar potato said and did since the war started, I would have jumped over that table to strangle him (Orban) minutes from sitting down. Though I probably wouldn’t be able to find his neck since he doesn’t have one. Neck or spine, for that matter.
