Islamist here, but I respect Ataturk while not necessarily agreeing with him on everything, also many Turkish Muslims that I’ve talked to online thinks the same as me on this matter.
Turkish people appear to love their islamist dictator as much as they love the secularist ataturk, really doesn’t make any sense but whatever.
How do they have the willpower to worship a statue when the country is in such turmoil?
