I into an apartment in the Gare in June 2022, and just received the 2022 charges for the half of the year (June-Dec). I live in a 6 unit building where 4 of the units are businesses, and one of the businesses is a street side cafe.
Some of the charges seem ridiculous that the tennet should take them on. Lease had standard verbage about charges including Electricity, water, gas, buiding maintenance, and municipal taxes.
