2. Do chronically offended people ever stop to think that they’re only ruining the happiness of people who care enough to listen to them, and their whining actually drives people to be less compassionate towards the things they complain about?

3. Hard agree. In the circles Chet hangs in, he is the white boy, they call him white boy, and he likes big booty black women. So he made a rap song about it because he is a rapper (whether we like his music or not is another issue, but he is, by definition, a rapper).

   Now it’s been co-opted by actual literal racists as a theme song or white anthem of some kind.

   Racists aren’t good at context and they tend to think everyone agrees with them.

8. Honestly now that he’s been in the public eye more these past years and I’ve seen him on a couple podcasts, he seems like a pretty solid dude really trying his best. And it sucks to see journalists trying to frame him in some bullshit view

   It sucks that nowadays everyone is trying to convince you that everyone sucks.

9. He’s alright. Totally redeemed himself in my eyes. Dude is sincere and a solid guy from what I understand. I may be mistaken but I kinda feel for him here.
