Perhaps it’s harder to find because Systems work differently?
In Belgium, you (almost) always have a choice between taking a fixed rate for the whole duration of the mortgage or a variable rate (fixed over a period, then changes within threshold).
While in some countries like UK or Netherlands you can never get more than 5 or 10 years fixed, thus why the diagram.
